I had placed an order for a customer baby bottle on May 10 2021, at the time the processing was 30 days. Then when I check a month later they updated thier site to 3-4 months which I get it, when having alot of people placing orders the time is extended. I waited the 3-4 months and it is now Oct 28th 2020. I have sent them a message on instagram, tiktok and as well as an email. No response or reply on any of the accounts. They have not posted since june/July of 2021. This is upsetting since I'm not the only one who placed an order and didn't receive an update or our product. I know things happen in life BUT if your running a business regardless of everything send your customers a notice.
