Gamesdeal.com had good reviews and a good deal for a 12 month xbox live membership. I purchased one, then tried to redeem the code they sent to my email but when I attempted to redeem it, it said that the code was region-locked (will not work). I contacted them for refund or different code within an hour, but they just told me that if the first code does not work, then none of the codes they have will work. They sent me an addition email disguised as my Credit Union asking to activate my Visa Card. I called the bank to verify the email but they told me that someone is phishing for my information, to not give them any information. I still have not been refunded my money. When I reviewed my transaction, it said they charged me from Hong Kong, China. They did not advertise the code to be coming from China, otherwise I would not have made the purchase. This is scam with "positive" reviews from several websites and one of the first sites that comes up on google's search as an online shopping site. It is definitely a scam. Do not fall for there tricks.

Went to purchase an X-Box Live key code. Made the purchase through the Website, Gamesdeals.com, confirmed my email address to receive code, no code received. Went to the FAQ, it said it may take up until the time the charge is cleared, my charge cleared, the money pulled from my account, no product received. I contacted their customer service phone number, no answer, or even connection. Did a little subsequent research for this site only to find numerous people all with the same complaints as I.
