I was looking to purchase a Playstation 5 and found one for a great price on this website. The website says to order you have to send the money thru Paypal, Zelle, or Bitcoin. I contacted customer service that I wanted to pay with Paypal but they told me their account is not working so I had to do it thru Zelle. I sent the money to the account they provided. They sent me an email stating they have received the order. The customer service rep sends me a text asking if I received the shipping email. I was able to find it in my spam. The shipping company told me I need to send $400 to them thru Zelle in order for them to ship the item. At this moment I knew this was all fraud. So I contacted the company and told them I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. They told me I need to pay them another $200 if I wanted to get my refund. I have many text messages back and forth with the company representative. They will not send me my item and will not give me a refund. They need to be reported and shut down for fraud. Note: The representative name is Ramel Williams. His email and Zelle account is [email protected] I have screen shots of the conversation I had with Ramel Williams but I am only able to attach one image here.
