Gameday Fans powered by FrostBuddy refuses to refund me for an order that has not even been processed and shipped. I placed the order for an Ohio State themed cup and a chair on Dec 18. It is Jan 1 and I still havent received any updated information on my order. Online, it said it was in stock and would ship within 1 business day. That was a lie. Upon ordering and contacting customer service a few days after I still hadn't received shipping confirmation, the customer service rep Elisa said it was actually supposed to be shipped within 3-8 business days [so the website already had misleading info on a ship date]. Elisa the customer service rep provided me with a tracking page that still says the order is unfulfilled and not processed, even though she lied and said the order was being processed after days of emailing back and fourth. I am filing a dispute with my bank but reporting to the BB in the meantime. Buyer Beware of FrostBuddy and Gameday Fans
