We made a purchase on their website. My 10 year old son saved $275 of his own money to purchase this. Through Zelle, which I now learned has no fraud protection, we made the payment. DO NOT USE ZELLE EITHER!! We haven’t seen any update on status, no confirmation, no payment received, no shipping/tracking updates. Going back on the website certain products are now removed and now looks like a sketchy website. My bank cant help me either. How could I have been so dumb? My poor son is devastated.
