The website came up when I searched under google shopping for a chess set. The site was the first one on the google list and looked legitimate. It has policies for privacy, refunds, everything and accepts credit card payment. I got a confirmation email and even an email that my item shipped with tracking information. That was over one month ago and tracking still says label created but awaiting item so they keep you on the hook. The first res flag was when I went to contact they’re only contact info is an email address. I received an automated message asking for patience because of delayed shipping due to covid and nothing else. I looked for any other contact but that’s it if you want a refund or have any problems email that same email and nothing but an automated message. I waited a week to see if I’d get a more personal message and have messaged multiple times but nothing. Pretty sure I was scammed
