Contacted this company several times for a return. A bot will reply to customer service. When I asked to return, they were evasive and eventually said that they would credit me $6, which never happened. Merchandise was nothing like online. I asked for a full refund and they said shipping was too much. I get the feeling they are not in Wales, but really in China. Merchandise took several weeks to arrive.
