Bait and switch

Ordered a wallet that was on sale. Many weeks later received a wallet direct from China that smelled terrible. However the big problem is that the wallet was not even remotely the same as the one pictured that I ordered. It will not work for me. Lo and behold customer service did respond with an answer that sale items cannot be returned and gave me a link to their policy. And by the way the item seem to be of low to moderate quality, certainly one I would never have purchased just for that reason.

Scam. Stay Away

Products are not as advertised. They are cheap knocks offs - which you *may* get after many many weeks of waiting. you cannot contact them via phone, no email or anything. It is a scam!

Scammed!

I placed two orders weeks ago and received emails indicating my items had been shipped with tracking numbers. When I click on the tracking numbers I receive this response:

This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later.

When I called their customer service number it rolled to voice mail and I was instructed to email the company instead. Red flag! I'm reporting them to the BBB and to my credit card to try to get my $$ back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOGUS OUTFIT!

One of three bags arrived, months later. Stacey in customer service says the other two are in transit, and shows a report, but in fact it seems neither tracking number is actually legitimate. Pretty sure I just got robbed.

They tell you they shipped it but it never arrives. The tracking information is in Chinese and there’s no shipping company listed. It’s a scam. I paid with PayPal so will hopefully be reimbursed but it’s maddening that Instagram doesn’t research the companies selling products on their platform.

They accept orders but never ship the product. Every time you complain, they get a tracking number from some shipper (FedEX, UPS, DHL, USPS) and tell you they just shipped the product. If you try the tracking number with the carrier, they say that the company has notified them a package is coming, but they have not received it yet. But it never comes. They have told me 4 times that they shipped my product, using 4 different carriers.
