Gallagher and Clinton, Destin Florida our lawyers, were hired to cancel our timeshare. They ignored our cancelation request, dissolved in late 2019. We also hired TRADEBLOCK to protect our credit. We were charged $4000 by Gallagher and Clinton for that service. The attorney’s office said they were just waiting for our debt to drop off Wyndham’s plate and we would be done. Wyndham is still billing us and accruing charges. Current mortgage bill is $6559.83. Current fees owed $3697.30. The amount due for the remaining years up of the contract need to be confirmed.

To hire another firm estimated our charge would be between $1800- 2400 to cancel the debt. They provided references, recommendations, and customer endorsements, in separate email. It could evolve in excess to $20K if we wanted to just pay the debt off. The exact dollar number and number of years to pay still needs to be confirmed with Wyndham.
