We had made arrangement with an individual who stated that she had used this company many times before for her shipments. Two hours prior to shipment Galaxy Ship Logistics send me an email requiring an additional cost of $2000.00 for the purchased of a dog crate since the one the shipper had wasn't sufficient for delivery. We advised Galaxy Ship Logistics to contact the shipper since they would be the responsible party. We received numerous email requesting this additional fee and was threaten with a pending law suit. We never received our puppies or the refund.

We are bringing this to your attention to make sure no one else gets scammed by this company. We also contacted the phone number listed on their website and it's not a working number. No physical address provided on their site either.
