I ordered the Galaxy Dome almost 2 months ago. I emailed the support team about a month ago because I still had not received a tracking number. They asked for my order number and said that I would receive a tracking number within the next 3-4 days. A month later and still nothing. Just emailed again but I am sure I will get another excuse or no reply at all, as I threatened to report them as a scam if I did not get my tracking number immediately.
