I placed a large order over a month ago and never got anything. I reached out to their customer service and got a reply stating I’d get a partial refund and my items would be in and they had the audacity to give me a code for 10% off my next order and called that a partial refund! Do not order they are scammers and I’m out $100. Sad and hard lesson learned

Coming up on 60 days and items haven’t arrived and not notification of shipping
Emails remain unanswered
Unbelievably today (6/30/2021) they send me an email with a 20% offer on my next order!

Had same experience as stated previously. Made order, no further information given to me. Reached out to "support" SEVERAL times with no response. Disputing it with bank also. Facebook advertised it and should be held accountable for supporting fraudulent sites.

I placed my order April 26, 2021 and the payment for the order went through the next day. I checked the order status online for nearly two weeks but it was never marked as shipped. I emailed customer service twice and got no response. There is no option to cancel the order so I’m just stuck waiting. I found out that hundreds of other customers placed orders but never received anything, even after a month of waiting. The online store opened in March 2021 but is already having a store closing sale April 2021. It appears to be a fake store because nothing ever gets shipped.

After seeing several ads for Galatic Jewelry's huge "collection closing" discounts, I decided to place a large order. My credit card was charged immediately, but I never received shipping information. I emailed the shop, but they never responded. They never shipped any products. As of this writing, I am working with my bank to try to get my money back.

This company was advertised through Facebook and I purchased jewelry through its website. It has been almost a month since my order was placed. My account was charged for the order, but I have received no confirmation of when the order will arrive. I have e-mailed them twice now asking for follow-up, but I have received nothing. I then looked at the page Facebook and noticed other people have stated that they have not received their order or follow-up. The website only refers to their support email as a means to contact them, but there is nothing else available for follow-up.
