My mother in-law sent me this website because it had a cute fishing keychain for Father’s Day that I ordered for my fiancé. When I went to track my order my email was not registered and my account was charged but I never received an email with my order or tracking number. Now my order is no where to be found I reached out via email and they responded that my email and order was not in there system which I had already explained to them in the email I sent. I sent the my bank statement that clearly showed my account was charged by their company and requested a refund now they have not responded. I’m very doubtful they intend to send my money back I will be reaching out to my bank to try to clear it up with them but I want to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake as I did!

I purchased a Mother’s Day gift. I was charged and never received the gift. I contacted through email because it’s the only way to contact them and I received an email in return stating to keep waiting for it.
