The orbs I ordered said they would arrive before Christmas. They arrived several days late and damaged due to flimsy packaging. I have made numerous attempts to call them to process a return and no one has ever answered the phone or called me back. I also emailed them with pics of the damages. This is a scam! They will be reported.
