The company showed up as an ad on Facebook. It prompts you to go to their website(shopgalacticorb.com)where it says you’ll receive 70% off TODAY ONLY. Also showed that if you placed your order within a certain time frame you would receive your order by a certain date. It gives you 3 shipping options to choose from, and once you try to check out, it asks you like 3 different questions. For example, if you want to purchase another one you’ll get 10% off, or if you’d like to add a protection warranty for more money, again are you sure you don’t want to, basically just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. Once the order is placed there is no screen that pops up saying thank you for your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email soon. It brings you right Back to the main page. In fact you never even receive a confirmation email at all. I had to call and have them send me a confirmation email. The lady then told me I should be getting an email later that night or the next day about tracking information. I waited 3 days and never received that email. I called again and told them a wanted to cancel my order. The man on the phone kept trying to get me to keep my order by offering a deal for 40% off. I said no thank you I just want to cancel. He then made it seem like he would help me do that but kept putting me on hold. He then proceeds to tell me after looking up my order and offering me all these deals that my order has in fact already shipped, but couldn’t explain why I never received and email with tracking information. I told him I want that tracking information sent to me while I was on the phone with him. He asked me if I wanted a screen shot of it. I said no I want an actual email with a tracking number. He said okay ma’am I can help you with that. He keeps pretending like he’s doing stuff on his end. I said I don’t know what kind of company you’re working for, but I just want my money back because this is a scam and I’m reporting you. He then hung up the phone on me.
