Purchased a product that did not arrive to my house location. As my neighbor brought me over my order I realized the low quality of fabric and size. I attempted to return within the 14 days stated on the website and have kept getting the runaround from customer service stating I should keep the product because it would take too long to return and cost too much. I have kept attempting to return or get my money back and still getting the runaround. I am communicating through email since they do not answer their customer service phone number. I believe they have stopped all communication and they are keeping my money when I wanted a refund.
