I’ve probably spent about $400-$500 with Gadsden and Culpeper over the past 6 years. I’ve always liked their designs, but this was my first experience with “customer service” and trying to make a return. My latest order was for 4 shirts and one of them had an off-center print. I took a photo of the shirt and emailed them. I did not receive a response. On their website, I found instructions for returns and I sent the shirt back (at my expense) with a note explaining the reason for the return. The return needed to happen within 21 days after receiving the item, and it did - the post office confirmed delivery at the company’s PO Box. I emailed again and informed them that my return was delivered. Still, no response. Again, I emailed about a week later and got the same result (no response). Ironically, I did get a marketing email stating that if I ve the company a review on their website, I would receive 10% off on my next order, lol. I don’t think I’ll be taking them up on the discount (as I will not order anything from them again) but I am still more than happy to do a review. BUYER BEWARE!

I wanted to order a Betsy Ross flag 3x5 for my dorm room in college, I found this website, looked legit and had a decent price so I bought it, and on top of it wanted 2-3 day shipping. It's been 4-5 days so far and still didn't receive anything and the usps tracking thing says it's still in NY where the company is. Very pissed because it costed me 34.90 for the flag and shipping and am currently trying to get my money back, hopefully I can so that I can use it for a legit consumer. Please DO NOT buy anything from these people because you don't know if you'll get the item you purchased or not.
