The website had the gap logo and looked legit. I should’ve just checked the address, but did not unfortunately.
The total came to $38.16 and I used my debit card. I got an email from them saying they received my order and I should be getting it within a couple of days.
I ordered these items on February 20 and realized it was a scam when I went to try to find a Customer Service number or tracking information
I was given a phony tracking number, and a company that I never heard of to track my order. I called gap kids and asked about my order and they informed me that they never received an order from me and that’s when I knew it was a scam
They did have a Customer Service email that you could send to them. It is the following. [email protected]
I realize that this was really not a legit operation and told them I knew that they were a scam. Of course they emailed me and said that my package was on the way which obviously is a lie. I went to my bank and canceled my debit card and got a new debit card so that they could not hack my card.
