I purchase an xbox and sent them money via venmo. Communicated with them Via text and email. They Said I would receive a shipping confirmation when they received a payment and I never received it. They never sent the xbox and they ceased communications.

I spent 500 dollars on a ps5 and I waited two weeks and it never came. I also emailed multiple times but never heard any response. This website is a scam job and I hope people look for complaints before buying anything from them. The address on the website leads to a Best Buy in California. Make sure to call your bank and get the charge disputed so you can get your money back!

When you search for a Playstation 5 on google you get quite a few listings. if you look under the "shopping" portion of the search it will bring up different retailers to buy the console.

A few results are suspicious as they are selling them for close to retail and they are in stock with them. The PS5 has been historically out of stock and hard to find. Most are selling for $800-1000 aftermarket.

I was going to purchase one through this website, but I decided to do some research. The address is actually to best buy and the website was created this year. It has a few fake reviews and they only accept cash app or zelle.

Before more people get scammed this website needs to be taken down. And as i know that would be a long process, more than likely people should be warned

I was ordering a Playstation 5 for my man for a present on May 12. The website said your order has been approved just send your money through zelle of 550.00. The person name was [email protected]. I sent 565.00 just incase for taxes. Than the next day they ask me for 350 more for insurance, if I don't they can't ship my order. I ask for a refund and they never replied back. It has now been a month and I don't know what to do, my bank can't even do anything

We ordered a PS5 of their Website [email protected] on May 12, 2021. We sent $450 by a bank app. Zelle. We were told it would be shipped in 3 days. As of June 5, 2021, no PS5 and no answer back from [email protected] and no phone number given. The Bank said we would have to go after 'Jeremy Whiteside' representing the Company.

They are selling SPS5 and other gadgets. Phones, xbox etc. Once you make the order and pay Zelle, cash app or Apple Pay you don"t hear back from them.

I thought I was buying a PS5 through Gadgetronics. I enrolled with Zelle and tried to send payment but my bank block the payment several times but I had it unblocked by a specialist and finally made the payment. They told me they received the payment and would be shipping it the next morning. Morning turned into afternoon and still no shipment. I finally got fed up and emailed them since there was no telephone number (missed red flag). There response was that they are still working on the order and I never heard from them again. I finally called the bank and disputed the charge. THEY WILL PAY!

My son finally found a PlayStation 5 online to purchase. The website seemed legitimate. Gadgetronics Shop. We paid with Zelle which I have through my bank so thought it was safe. They sent a conformation email and said once I sent them a screenshot of the Zelle transaction it would go through. I’ve sent it 3 times

Yeah the address on the website is a bestbuy in California. Gadget tonics is not bestbuy, so yeah I’d file a police report and get with your bank.

The payment with zelle should have been a red flag. Period. If it's too good to be true, it normally is. Dispute the charge with your bank and get your money back because that console is never coming.
