Their ad on Facebook claimed to be looking for online Survey Testers. They claimed that, after successfully answering their prequalification questions, they would send me a $500 WalMart gift card for only a $2.00 fee (presumably to cover shipping costs). I clicked that link to accept, but was immediately sent through a flurry of quick popup screens that had nothing whatsoever to do with either survey testing or WalMart. I found out later (by checking through my bank records) that they had actually made an initial charge of $5.87 for that one and only click of mine. This was followed up by a second charge a few days later of $155.90 for something about which I had no clue. They claimed it was for some kind of a "subscription" when I called their support number to complain, and they further stated that it was in their "Terms and Conditions" to allow them to do that (which I supposedly accepted by making my one and only click on Facebook). The problem with their argument is this: I never saw any link, nor was ever directed to any page, that informed me of any such "Terms and Conditions." I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank over this spurious charge of theirs--which is under review--and closed my debit card off from any further transactions.
