Order products from site advertised on instagram for buy one ear buds get one free. Order on 3/30/2019 and two weeks later no email about shipping.In 4/9/2019 Contacted merchant via email because the phone goes straight to voicemail and inquired on the status of my order. Received email stating order has not shipped . Sent follow up email on 4/24/2019 and received the same auto response at which I replied requesting a immediate refund. No response to date date from Merchant
