I placed a pre-order with Gadget Dynamix in November of 2015, 4 & a Half years years ago. I have still not received the product or a refund and have lost all communication with them as they do not respond to my emails. They would keep me updated for the first 6 months or so but after that "Nothing". I have attached an invoice of purchase and feel like I have been robbed by this dodgy company.

I placed an order earlier in the year. Order was supposed to come in November. My money was taken and I have no sign of the item or it ever being shipped. I contacted the company many times and they keep giving vague answers.

This is a completely false report against our company - plain and simple.

We have scoured our records for this so-called order and have not been able to locate a single customer with this claim. Our company maintains a 100% customer satisfaction rating on all forums where our items are sold. You can independently verify that fact through a simple search.

Be advised through this public notice that our company attorney will subpoena this website and determine the origin of this libelous posting, and take swift and immediate legal action against any and all persons involved in this false posting.

Any legitimate customer services issues can always be addressed by contacting us directly, instead of attempting to ruin the good name of our company through harmful anonymous postings.
