I purchased a dash cam online from a Facebook ad with a try-before-you-buy offer. When the product arrived, it was not the one advertised, it was a cheap piece of junk. The company Gadget Dashcam still took twice the amount of the advertised cost from my account, even though the product arrived weeks after the deadline to cancel, with no company, phone number, or return information available in or on the package. Fortunately, my bank stopped these two payments of $89.99 each from processing.
When that happened, I filed a ScamPulse.com complaint, and then afterward learned that an additional $119 was taken from my account from a different “company” I had never heard of. My card has been canceled and my account down while this charge is in dispute with the bank. As of now, my balance has been deducted and they said it can take up to two weeks to resolve.
Upon further investigation, this company is definitely running a scam. They not only charge $89 x 2 for a piece of cheap plastic junk, they use the allure of this supposedly valid product to collect your card numbers. They continue to use those numbers over and over, hitting your account multiple times, placing you on subscription status, to keep charges recurring. Those who don’t catch it right away will be out the money, since there is no valid address or contact information associated with the original product.

I never ordered or subscribed to any super muscle products. I’m guessing they rotate business names until you shut your account down.
Thank you for warning the public of this “company,”Gadget Dashcam and for investigating their practices. They are most likely not a legitimate US company, but regardless, I hope they can be traced and shut down.
