Ordered $171.00 in clothing. Wanted to return. Didn't like ...would not provide me return label. I had to pay for shipping to Dubai-$200. Even though it came from California. NEVER will I order from them again. NEVER recommend this company to anyone!


I ordered from gabrinl on 11/2/2021. The total was $110.17. I received an order confirmation with a tracking number. After several weeks I checked the tracking. It states that they are awaiting the package. I have emailed the company several times requesting a full refund. They repeatedly claimed that they cannot issue a refund as the package is on its way. It is now January. Tracking still shows they are awaiting the package. Today the company offered to refund me $8.00 for my patience. I'm sure I will never see the $8.00 or anything else. Hoping others will not make the same mistake I did.


I saw merchandise advertised on a social media website (either Facebook or YouTube). I googled their company (Gabrinl) and found their website. Everything looked legit. They advertise that the merchandise is made in the USA and free returns. I placed an order for 2 items. I received an email from a company called xborderecommerce indicating my order had been received. It took almost a month to receive. In the meantime I decided to look up reviews for the company and found that other people had been duped. Wrong clothing, didn't fit, etc. and when asking to return it, they were told they had to send it to Dubai and would be offered a minimal amount, not the full price for the return. I emailed the company and requested they cancel the order. The responded they could not because it had already been shipped. But, there was no tracking. The tracking number I received was still stating they were awaiting shipment. When I finally received the items, there were two labels on the package, one having a return address in Asian for a Ms. Jiang and the other listed as Joe Doe in New York. The bags the items came in were clearly marked made in China and neither item fit well. One item wasn't even sewn correctly. When I contacted the company asking how to return and get a refund, they asked for photos. Although I didn't want to, I sent the photos and their response was the merchandise had nothing wrong with it so they would give me $15 and to please keep the merchandise. The total I was charged was over $80. On December 19th, I received an email from xborderecommerce indicating they were giving me a refund, but to date, I haven't received anything.


This company claimed to be based in the U.S. So I ordered four women's tops - three of which they referred to as 'sweaters', but weren't even close. Once received, I chose to return those three based on the poor quality (and the fact they weren't sweaters at all but cheaply made t-shirt material tops). I was told I had to take pictures of the items or they wouldn't let me return them. I refused and asked for a mailing address so that I could just return the three items I didn't want. They wouldn't let me - kept offering me 'compensation' and told to keep the items I didn't want. By compensation I mean, day 1 they offered me $35. When I refused they offered me $40. I said I just wanted to return the items so that I could get a refund on my credit card in the amount of $100.97 (total purchase was approx. $143). Finally, after almost two weeks of going back and forth via email, they said that it would cost too much to return - as the company was in Dubai! When I complained that they touted themselves as "U.S. based", they ignored me and offered me $60! I have disputed with my credit card company, but I also wanted to share this with so that others aren't duped into ordered from this company!


This company came up on my Facebook with cute clothes ads. The ads said made in USA. I ordered a sweater on 10/13/21 for $54 and had a international transaction fee for a couple dollars when I ordered. They sent me a tracking number that it had been shipped on 10/21/21. The tracking number says label created but not yet in system. I keep emailing them back and forth and in very broken English they keep saying it’s coming. It still hasn’t come yet or arrived to the post office and it’s 11/30/21. I have asked for a refund and haven’t heard back from them.
