I have recently got scammed out of $75. This lady told me that if I sent her $35 that she would send me $400 back. She had me send it threw cash app bitcoin, after I did she told me I was too slow and I didn’t send enough so I needed to send even more. I sent her $40 more (the last money in my bank thinking at the end of this I’ll be up a couple hundred dollars. Well then she said congratulations blah blah BUT NOW I have to pay a $100 tax fee for the $1200 she was going to send me. She told me she worked for the government and they are doing this to help people like me. I contacted cash app and my debit account and cashapp told me they don’t do refunds on bitcoin. I am still waiting to hear from my actual bank account. I am so upset and I feel so stupid believing something like this.
