I was scammed by an ad that was posted by Gabriele.store on the Pinterest site on the web. It advertised a really cool transformer type table and benches. I ordered the product and never received it but they kept claiming that it was delivered. The day they claimed it was delivered, I received a tiny box about 2” x 2” with what appears to be a nose ring? Well, after a lot of back on forth emails they admitted that it probably never was delivered and that I could reorder it with better shipping( whatever that meant) or they would give me my money back minus the shipping fee! I told them that was not acceptable and that I wanted all my money back. Then they offered me a percentage back, I did not agree as I wanted all of it back. Anyway, I turned to my card provider and They reversed the charges but still pending a reversal if there is a problem with the company from their end of this transaction. I fear they have my charge card and name…. Need to cancel my card once it’s hopefully settled.

On 1/29/2023 I ordered a versatile extendable dining table. It took six weeks tracking the delivery and I checked the date that supposed to arrived and never received it. I emailed to the 24 service and they responded saying I should check with postal service and I checked with the post office and they said the tracking # was not good.
