Hired him to fix our A/C ductwork under our manufactured home. Once he crawled underneath he was discovering all kinds of problems, torn up insulation from animals, broken gerders and rotted beams. We paid him in advance for the material at a very costly price (i.e. a roll of special insulation @ $500/roll, gerders $100/each). We demanded receipts for the material but he never produced them. After telling us that all the work was almost done, we had someone else crawl underneath the manufactured home to verify his work. We were then told that he could not see new insulation or new gerders and that the A/C ductwork had not been repaired . As a matter of fact they said that everything looks good underneath and everything is original including insulation and gerders. Absolutely nothing needed to be replaced or repaired except for the A/C which wasn't done. We paid him a total of $2450.00 for materials and labor. A friend referred him to us and now she just got verification that none of her work was done under her home either. This man preys on seniors and conducts work where we can't see.
