I ordered 2 of the Mericle™ Ultrasonic Portable Lymphatic Soothing body shaping Neck Instrument from their website and when I received the product it won't turn on. Even after charging both of them. I reached out to their customer support at [email protected] on their site and from my personal email the week before xmas and the week after and other than returned non_deliverable messages to my personal email, I haven't received any response from the emails I sent on their site. They have a 90 day return policy but won't respond to me so I can get a return label and refund.
