They promised a 30 day full refund trial period. I canceled within 24 hours after the app was annoying to use and lacked information. They refused a refund. They also charged my account for a cookbook that I never ordered and never received. Never authorized the charge. They refused a refund for that too.

It’s a complete scam.

I signed up for 3 month "promotional" plan for $60. I put the plan on hold, as I was going thru other things at the time. Then I get an email saying "thank you for your payment of $198.00"! The charges were $60 for an update to the Power subscription, $39 for a Pro subscription, and $99 for a Power subscrition. I contacted them saying I didn't order this and I don't want it, and that my plan was on hold. I received a reply stating that putting the plan on hold only holds it at the week you paused it on and that this was a "promotional " offer and the fee could not be refunded. I asked for a refund for the $39 & $99. I got the same reply and haven't heard from them again. This is not over!
