Retailer is refusing to offer a return and refund. The items received were low quality, the shipping took forever. They claim to be based in the US but the website is registered in Iceland and the package was shipped from Dubai.

Website claims to be a US company, easy 30 returns, ships from South Carolina. After multiple emails requesting refunds for poor quality products they advise their warehouse is in Dubai and I would have to pay shipping cost to return that would be more than the worth. I also discovered at least 14 other identical websites with the same products and statements just different name.

Needed a dress for a wedding and saw an ad on Facebook. Clothing advertised as made in USA which was attractive. Bought two dressses and they took weeks to ship arriving after the wedding. Credit card was charged via hong kong and when clothing arrived they are poorly made. Company won’t issue refunds even for clothing of bad quality.
