In store i was signed up for one month free trial of fye backstage pass. The next day i used fyes site to attempt to cancel the subscription before i was charged and never even created an account with them. Today i noticed that they had indeed been charging me since october for the service even though i canceled it and they have not contacted me by email since august when i attempted to cancel my subscription which led me to believe i was successful in my cancellation. Furthermore you need an account to activate and recieve rewards through this service so i never recieved any of those either.
