Shoppers are encouraged to sign up for a rewards program or pick out a “free item” in exchange for signing up for an alleged rewards program. No further details about the rewards program or its requirements are disclosed. At the time of purchase, customer card information is stored without the consent of shoppers. Following initial in-store purchase, shoppers see monthly charges for eleven dollars and ninety-nine cents which they were never previously informed about.
