I had made a purchase in the FYE store located in the Freehold mall. When checking out, the cashier offered me to join their VIP backstage program, for which I had declined. Following that, the cashier then said as a promotional they were doing, I would get 3 magazines of my choice sent to my house for free. I accepted this offer, but still remained opposed to joining their VIP club she originally offered. A couple months go by and I check my bank statements to find that I had been signed up for their VIP Pass without my acknowledgement or consent and been charged $11.99 for the past 4 months, accumulating a total of $47.96. As I am now trying to contact them to cancel my plan I never signed up for, they are coming up with all kinds of excuses on why I shouldn't and why I can't do so.
