We ordered shoes from them on 1/1/23 expecting it to arrive before 1/8/23 as their website promised delivery on 1/4/23. Ever since then, we've been receiving calls and emails from them requesting personal information for "verification purposes". They first called us to confirm our credit card number and security code. They then proceeded to ask for the card holder's last 4 digits of social security and previous addresses of residence. We seemed to "pass the verification" and they assured us that the order would be delivered on 1/5. A day later, we receive an email requesting additional verification. (photos attached) This time, they requested photos of the card holder's ID and of the credit card itself. I've never heard of a company requesting so much personal information to "verify" a purchase. When I contacted customer service, the representative told me she had no access to the "risk management team's files" and she could not help me with that. She also told me that the risk management team has no direct line. They're doing something shady. Even though we canceled our order, we will continue to monitor our account for unauthorized charges.
