I was contacted on facebook marketplace inquiring to buy a concert ticket. The scammer pretended to be Zelle agent and lured me into sending $250 dollars via zelle. He stole the ticket and never paid me the $40. My personal information and bank information is at risk for identity theft and fraud. Please help me.
