My experience has been the same. I ordered a bed in July 2020, and the bed has never arrived. I have emailed their customer service several times, and they have stopped responding. Their website will no longer provide tracking information. I urge everyone not to use this company. Found another great bed on Amazon

FuzzyNest is a SCAM! I ordered July 23, 2020. Paid with Visa Credit Card. The only reply I receive from them are generic and memorized responses all over again not suited as a good reply to resolve the problem being asked. It's like a robot! The bed has never Shipped like they said on their website that it will dispatch within 3 days. And it has been 21 days, still no bed! I am very upset because now I doubt they will give a Refund! They gave me an invalid Tracking Number, says Not Registered, and when I looked up via USPS and FedEx tracking number, it says it's Invalid or Not Found continuously for 21 business days! Not only Fuzzynest replies late, they do not deliver their promises!

Paid for a dog bed, links do not show any difference in shipping since I first clicked on it even though they had emailed that a label was created. I emailed them and no reply, doubtful that they will answer when I found their Instagram page (also where I first saw the ad) I saw other people had the same thing happen to them- see the screenshot.

It appears I am having the same issue as many others. I ordered a dog bed on April 12, 2020. On April 16, I got a notification that a shipping label had been created and my bed was on its way to USPS. Three weeks later, USPS had still not received the item. I emailed Fuzzy Nest’s customer service email numerous times and they kept telling me the bed would arrive in just a few days. They also kept changing their explanation for their shipping policy, stating that they allow 7-21 “business” days for the item to ship from their warehouse to USPS (which is not actually what their website says). I asked for a refund in three different emails and they didn’t even acknowledge my request, only stating that the bed would arrive in a few days. Finally, yesterday, I sent another email, stating that it is now well past the 7-21 day grace period they supposedly get and requesting a refund. I got a response today which says they will not refund my money and that their shipping policy is only “estimated”. I really do not expect to get this bed nor will I be getting my money back. The most frustrating thing is that they delete all negative comments and reviews from their Facebook page so there’s no way to warn anyone else. I’ve heard the same about their Instagram page. I’m particularly upset about this because I was first introduced to FuzzyNest through an ad on my Facebook newsfeed. Hopefully this message will reach people before they have to go through the same frustrating experience as the rest of us. I’ve been reporting the page to Facebook as fraudulent but it’s still up.

Yes! This happened to me too! We’re three months down the line and STILL NO BED!

Fuzzynest is a website with multiple Facebook and Instagram ads that claims to sell dog beds. However, many people never receive their orders, and the few who have received their orders report receiving beds of much lower quality than advertised. All of the reviews on the Fuzzynest website are 5 stars, which seems highly unlikely, and they are posted in batches on the same day. Fuzzynest also deletes negative reviews off of their Facebook page. I have not yet received my order, which has been listed as being in a holding facility in Los Angeles, CA for 2 weeks, with USPS awaiting the order.

I ordered a dog bed through their website after seeing an advertisement on social media. About a week later, I received a tracking number from USPS, however the item was never actually dropped off at USPS to be shipped. It is still pending. So it seems as if the company created a shipping order but never actually dropped off the item for shipping. I contacted them about 3 weeks later through email and never heard back. I then called and left a voicemail and also never heard back. Since then, I have sent numerous emails, left multiple voice messages, and have also contacted them through social media. They have not returned any of my messages. Meanwhile, they have been active on their social media and routinely update their Instagram story. After they failed to respond to my instagram direct message, I began posting negative comments on their page. Not only do they keep deleting my negative comments (I keep reposting them) they are also deleting other negative comments who are saying the same thing. Many other people have also commented that they never received their bed either. Because they are active on their social media AND are deleting all negative comments, I see no excuse for them to not respond to my inquiries about my order. I do not believe they ever intended on sending me the bed that I ordered and paid for.
