I bought what I thought would be a wonderful option than the over priced Hatchimal for my boys this Christmas. I paid $99.99 (for both). The website states that if you "Order by Dec. 19 For Guaranteed Christmas Delivery". Today is December 16 and I have yet to receive a tracking number. I tried to call them and was on hold for a total of 4 hours (after 2 hours I got disconnected). I have sent a few emails about my order and I have YET to get a response.

placed an order and it said 2 day free delivery; after a week called and spoke with Tony, I told him I wanted to cancel and he said fine, I asked for a confirmation email and he said ok. I sent an email stating that I had received my confirmation. When still no response I called and again spoke to Tony who now says when he told me it could be cancelled it was already on the truck for delivery. I still have not received it. When you call you wait over a half an hour I guess they hope you will hang up. i have received nothing.

Ordered Fuzzy Wonderz on 11/25/16 and paid 59.99 via credit card. After sending two emails inquiring about status of my order, neither of which were answered, I phoned the company on 12/5/16. After a 35 minute wait on the phone, my call was answered and I was told that my product would be shipped out on 12/7/16. To date I have received nothing - no shipping information, answers to additional emails or response via telephone. It is a endless loop of message explaining long call wait times. 40 minutes this morning and no answers.

I placed an order for a fuzzy wonderz because I couldn't get a Hatchimal. It seemed legit so I paid and I haven't heard anything since. Its been over a week and I've reached out but no response. I'm starting to believe this is a scam.

These people advertise a toy called fuzzy wonderz for children. They take the order but will not answer phone or answer emails. No item was received after order was placed.

Supposed retailer is taking cash but not shipping out the product . It's officially been two weeks since the original order and their website states 2day shipping . I contacted their customer support email and number and was promised my product by yesterday 12/7/16 . Still no tracking information or product received . Their are mutiple website and Facebook complaints all stating no one has received their order .

I placed a order with them on November 28 2016. Today 8 December 6 2016. I have yet to receive my order. The ad tells you in stock 2 day shipping. I havr called and sat on the phone for hours to be disconnected. They will not answer emails at all. They may respond to face book messages. They asked for my order number i gave it to them and haven't gotten anything back from them.

I ordered 2 of these items and called to cancel the order when I realized they were scam artists. I had to call numerous times to get a confirmation email of my cancellation ... Still no refund and no surprise there. Nobody's answering the phones today and I fear these guys have gotten away with more money than they even know what to do with...

Website says in stock and ready to ship. Also offers free 2-day shipping. I've tried calling, emailing and messaging through FaceBook with no luck.

Fuzzy wonderz claim to have a product like the hatchimals. They also say in stock 2 day free shipping. My order was placed November 23rd and had not got to my house by the 25th. I canceled my order that day. They sent me an email saying I will be refunded in 48 hours max. It has now been 5 business days and 4 weekend days. I still have not recieved a refund or a product they promised. When I call them to ask about this they feed me more lies. My order is #***. There are many more people that have been effected as well and we have formed a Facebook page to try to end what is happening to many more people. The page is (Fuzzy Wonderz a Scam?). Please help. The company does not have an address and when asked about this they say it is not available at this time. Also I have done a scan of the website and it comes up that the owner is trying to cover up their identity.

This website is made to look like a similar toy to the Hatchimal which is sold out everywhere. Once ordered you do not get a tracking number and there is no way to cancel the order. The phone number is also just a recording of a lady saying that they are busy and no one ever answers, there are no replies to emails as well. They claim to sell the toy for $59.99 and give free two day shipping.
