It seems as though I am in the same boat as so many others. I placed my order for a BOGO dog bed for $99. 5 months later still no product. I have emailed and called repeatedly only to be told in Feb and March that the delay was due to COVID and they apologize and will get back to me. No further contact from them at all. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Busine4ss Bureau as well. These people need to be sued and forced to pay people back the money they have basically stolen.
