We bought a teacup puppy online and talk to a guy name Richard and he said that we can check their website and look at their customer review to be sure that they are not fraudulent. they told us that we can pay them by google pay or by zelle which can take 2 days before they can get the money. By that time the puppy will be with us and if not satisfied we will have our money back guaranteed. But on the day the puppy is to be ship they told us that the free shipping expired and that we have to pay extra for the puppy to be shipped. when I called the phone number that we use to communicate the line has been disconnected and they are not answering our email and that they already got our money from Zelle.
