The scammer provided customized furniture. The price on contract is &8,600. I paid $4,300 upon signing on the contract. But they failed to customize my window and refused to refund me. They threatened me to file a suit to collect the balance. So I paid to another company $6,300 to change my window to customized their furniture. At the same time, the scammer required me to sign an amendment agreement that I had to continue to pay for them to make the furniture and they would change some other tiny items on the furniture. The amend agreement also disallows me to input any negative comments on the social media or they will collect $5,000 from me by the court. I paid another $3,440, so total payment to the scammer is $7,740 till now. After the new window installed, they refused to deliver and install the furniture. They require me to sign another agreement that totally exempt their previous liability, and their new liability will be limited to the unpaid balance, which is $860. If the furniture was damaged during the delivery and installation, they won't charge me that $860. If I don't sign on this agreement, they won't schedule the delivery and installation. I refused to sign on the new agreement. And they refused to deliver and install the furniture. Basically, I lose my money $7,740, and my new window which is $6,300 is for nothing now.
