I am a disabled African American Virginia resident. I purchased furniture in July 2022. I paid for a warranty. The furniture began to collapse by November. I reported the item damaged to Ashley Furniture. They told me to contact the warranty division which I paid for.. The warranty division stated that it is the stores responsibility. I call the store. They send me to customer service who says they will send . For the next 3 months. I make over 20 calls to ask where is the inspector. The inspector comes in January to see the damaged furniture. He will not even sit on the furniture. I have not heard anything since. I was sold damaged furniture, a warranty that is fake. The manager Gill said it was not his problem. The female manager in November also told me it was not her problem. I just want the furniture replaced and the store to stop saying and charging individuals for a warranty that is non existant.
