Puppy ordered and sender said she uses this agency a lot and they are very professional and will take wonderful care of the puppy and get him delivered to my home address within hours. Then the texts requiring more money for crate purchase or rental because the one the sender used was not adequate and the vet certificate required and custom fees and departure fees and booking fee and then after I paid they said there was no flights available and I had waited too long to get payment to them. Next day, same requests and with three days they also required a vet and vaccine fee because he was not handling the kennel situation very well and then the nanny fees and vat were added for the days he had to stay overnight! After nearly a week I got all they required paid and then they said he was getting on the flight to come to wilm airport and then on to my home with my 97% refund. We on the south eastern coast were under a tropical storm warning and I explained this to the person I was communicating with via text and was told there were no delays or closings and they would proceed. Then and hour later I was told the flight had to revert back to Atlanta for no recorded reason. This was the first of two times he was supposedly fully prepared to depart and then something came up and the flight had to be rescheduled. I was then supposedly dealing with the manager Beckey J. She has gone so far as tell me that she and the sender were putting in their own money to try to get the puppy home. She has told me she got fees waived and that there would be no more charges on more than one occasion only to be told after paying more money that of course there would still be expired gees that had to be paid and the departure fee and customs fee. This is still on going and the sender and manager of the cargo company are still pestering me to keep paying and right now the want $13,000 to get him home and of course they say it’s all 97% refundable. This has been going on for two months.
