There is a website that advertise the price of puppies and a $150.00 shipping fee. That was paid, $950.00, then insurance of the puppy which was $899.99, then a shipping crate of $520.00, then the day the puppy was to be shipped another fee of $760.00 came out of nowhere stating it was for a shipping, cities permit which was never discussed. The "breeder" offered to pay half, I received a confirmation the fee was paid but now I am being told I need to pay an additional fee of $250.00 for the care and rescheduling of the flight due to the shipping being delayed. I specifically asked if there would be any additional fees and was told no. I have reached out to the breeder via text and email and there has not been a response as of 12:07pm eastern standard time.
