I'd been searching online for teacup poodle puppies and ran across this site. I inquired about a particular puppy. They were priced far below market value and the "breeders" asked a lot of questions indicating genuine concern about the animals, said they weren't trying to make money, the dogs/puppies were just their family. But they wanted the money up front and would not video call/conference with me. Said they weren't technologically adept. Yet their site photos were obviously professional. They would send the dog via a flight, wouldn't give us an address to see or get the dog.
