Purchase an item. When it came in the mail it was nothing as described or pictured on the website. What I received was a cheap knockoff brand that could not be put together without snapping. When I asked for a refund they keep telling me they are so sorry for any inconvenience and they are working to fix the problem. It’s been two months and they are still working on giving me a refund. I reach out to them once a week to ask for any updates and they keep giving me the same answer that they are working on fixing the problem. Well fixing the problem would be letting send back the item and giving me my money back.
