Just like all the other complaints. I ordered a twin sized bed set for my then 7year old granddaughters Xmas gift. She had showed me a pic of it and was so excited and ONLY wanted that for a gift. It came,,,,, well something came. It was the size of an infant throw and a pillow cover that would not fit any size pillows!! I was stunned. I emailed them several times, and they never responded to me. I was heart broken. Till my daughter saved the day. She just happened to come across a fuzzy twin spread(not in the color she wanted…. But) at a clearance store by her. So I paid her for it(now I double paid for 2) but we’ll worth my granddaughters reaction, as she wrapped herself up in it, and rolled around, yelling, “this is the best Christmas ever”. It is so terrible these companies do this to people. Mostly these are gifts for little girls that are terribly disappointed, and let down getting a piece of material that won’t even cover their laps!! I am on Dissability and 63 years old. My $ is very tight and when I put out $60. And get ripped off it really makes me mad, and angry for all the others they have stolen from.

This company advertises products online, takes your money and then doesn’t send what you ordered. I have seen many people complaining of the same issues with this company. For example you buy a 3 piece bedding set for a queen bed in a certain color. And they sent a tiny throw size blanket in a random color. No 3 piece set not advertised size. When you contact customer service they say too bad it’s what you ordered when in fact the receipt they sent says otherwise. They refuse to send what was paid for or issue a refund. Their site should be shut down.

and what I received was ABSOLUTLEY not what I ordered and the order was not completed. I ordered 2 Blanket sets and that also included Pillow coverings. What I received was 2 blankets No Pillow Coverings (which I paid for 2- 3 piece sets at $58.99), that looks nothing like what they advertise.

I have uploaded my Order summary (which I emailed to them and they ignored) they stated warehouse sent me correct order. If the warehouse sent me what I ordered I would not be contacting them. I told them I would like to return both blankets and they said it is not in the return policy. Which on there advertisement there is a 30 day return policy. They said I could not return because I opened package and any customer would have to open the package in order to see blanket and get pillow coverings.

I think this company is a scam or just scamming what they advertise and a high cost which you do not get. It's pretty easy to advertise a heavy Blanket and pillow coverings and then you get a very thin blanket and no pillow coverings. Not worth $58.99. I will also upload the advertisement link of the picture of this company of what the blanket looks like online vs when you receive it.

The only person that was replying to my emails was Lynn W and she was just blowing off my concerns about my order.

Ordered 2 blankets, told them I wanted to cancel and a refund because they took out more money then what they should've. The are refusing to refund me said order was sent out half hour after I emailed them. This site is a scam and I didn't realize until I read reviews.

They advertise these really cute bed sets in several colors. You pick the size, color and if you want any N extras. Calculate your total and pay at checkout. They give you a reference number and you wait. What you get is not what you order. You only have an email to respond to. They keep telling you it is what you ordered, they only send a small blanket in a color that doesn't match what you ordered, and have a nice day.

Their advertisement says money back guarantee but they are not honoring and and have scammed many people. I ordered 1 for me and my granddaughter. I am not happy. $133.50 I guess is gone. I have only recvd 1 blanket as the other one is still in transit. I only pray it's in a condition that I can give as a gift since I'm basically stuck. Do not order from this company!

This business does not have a phone number to contact customer service. The items they show on their website are intentionally misleading and you do not get what you pay for. They have a 30 day policy for refunds yet, it takes 30 days to ship from New York to Illinois. They claim if you are not satisfied this does not cover the refund. I was not satisfied because the product they sent was a floor rug and I ordered a fluffy twin comforter-like item. They advertise this item as a comforter and send a towel-thin blanket. Many others have complained and they take down the comments and negative ratings in order to continue to scam customers.

I ordered from the link on facebook on November 10th. Only type of payment they accept is PayPal, so I felt more secure. I instantly received an order confirmation with order number. Then nothing for weeks.

I emailed inquiring about order status & they replied next day with no direct information in poor English.

I will attempt to get my money back from PayPal. I'm very disappointed & frustrated.

Placed my order on 11/4/2020. Received an email that my order was delivered on 11/23/2020. Emailed the company to let them know my items were never received. Email came back in Chinese, couldn't understand the response. No number anywhere to try to contact them. I called USPS w/ my tracking to find out where my item was. They gave me an address of a business, no where on my order was that address. I then called that business to see if they had my items. They did checking and never received the delivery. My money was taken from my account, but I have yet to receive my items, nor can I get any response back. Looking at their Facebook page, it appears I am not alone. I do not even want my products now, sounds like they ship empty boxes. I just would like a full refund of what I am out. Christmas presents for my daughters, could really use that money to buy something else to replace the items I will not be getting. Beyond Frustrated!!

The name Marcus Jay Woo is connected to the address the USPS gave me of where the package came from. The number 626-328-6200 is what comes up when you search that address. I did call - when the guy answered, he right away said to me, if you are calling on a package I don't know what you are talking about! I am just sick on this. They are totally taking money from people.
