Made a purchase as a Christmas gift from this business after seeing an ad on Facebook. I was sent a confirmation email 4 days after my purchase with a link to “view my order” that goes to a page that does not exist. Their contact page has no contact information. There is no tracking information or way to know what happened with your order and no one to contact about it. They accepted payment through PayPal and even that isn’t showing up on my PayPal transaction history, but the money has been taken out of my bank account.
