I ordered a pool and got a pair of sunglasses after waiting over a month for delivery. They attempted to tell me that my package was delivered before it even reached the states. When i provided evidence of my purchase and proof that the mistake was on their part, they asked me to wait 2-4 weeks to get the item in stock since they no longer had it. Then never updated the purchase or whether or not they actually got the item in. Then when i requested a refund, they offered to give me 70% of my money back although there was absolutely no mistake on my part. They take about a week to respond via email. Their site number does not work. It was just an all around terrible experience.

I am not pleased with Funningweb. I ordered the water slide, after waiting a month, I received a pair of sunglasses instead. I waited to see if i would receive my item. After receiving an email asking about my purchase, I told them about the issue. They offered to re-order it, but I declined because it would take a long time to get and summer was almost over. They said they would give me 70%refund only when I sent the wrong item back to them.. I agreed after the frustration from all the back & fourth. I get to the post office, they question me about the address.. At this point I email the again and tell them that they can keep the refund and not to worry about me ever purchasing anything thing from them again. I don't think they are a real company. Very disappointed !

Funningweb's website has two emails and phone numbers to call for customer service. None of these actually are active. Phones are not in service. emails are undeliverable. I purchased an inflatable pool from them on July 3, 2020 using PayPal on their website. I went to track my order and it doesn't exist. They did process my debit card for $79.99 and send an email saying it was on it's way. I want a refund but cannot connect with anyone there. They are in China and this is not revealed until your PayPal is processed. They appear to be an American company when you see their website or Facebook page.
