I went to order a “Thor” necklace to hold my younger brother’s ashes. The order number FD2230, was for the price of $84.65. I ordered it on Feb 13th and never got it. It has been over a month. The phone number goes directly to voicemail. The zip code doesn’t even match the New York City address. This is pretty low to scam people who just lost their loved ones. This just adds to the pain and grief. These people need to be found and arrested and the money returned to many who trusted this website, these people.

I placed an online order with this company on 4/6/19. Was informed I could track my package after they sent me an email confirmation - which I never received!! I have no tracking number. As of 4/24/19, I still have not received my product or an email from this “company”, which I think does not exist. Tried in vain to contact them, but there is no phone number, or address on their site. There is a “contact” section where it prompts you to type a message, BUT, there is no way to SUBMIT it!! Now i’m out $35 that was charged to my credit card.
