Alex from fundit.io Sent me an extremely suspicious and shady contract from thefundworks.com (fundworks llc) that had terms that were never discussed, and the underwriter tried to convince me to not believe what i was reading in the contract (the contract was saying I had to give them all of my banking usernames and passwords + security question answers, as well as give them power of attorney for all of my financial accounts, and he said that i should still sign the contract because it's "optional" even though the contract said that all of that is required). before reading the contract the link first asked me "identity verification" questions before I can see the contract, but now I think it was just a phishing attempt to get my personal info. The contract also said that I would allow them to have another unspecified company or entity put a UCC lien and said that they might operate under other unspecified, unnamed business entities. The loan agent also tried to pressure and rush me into signing the contract by saying he wanted to go over the contract with me over the phone, instructing me to sign all the initial areas without reading the contract terms first. Good thing I didn't cave into the pressure and read the details first. But the loan agent asked me for my bank account details (which i gave because they said it was required to underwrite) before I signed the contract, and now I'm worried what they're going to do with my bank info considering all the suspicious happenings after.

Bizlender.com might also be a suspicious company to look into. The loan agent was also suspicious because he initially contacted me from an email account from www.fundit.io, but then sent me a contract from thefundworks.com (fundworks llc), and when he said I should believe all his claims because he has good trustpilot reviews, i told him fundit.io only has 9 trustpilot reviews and that's when he said that it's bizlender.com that has 250 reviews and he then sent me an email from his bizlender.com email to prove he works at both there and fundit.io. Makes me wonder if all these three companies are working together on a scam
